Meagan & Evan

FAQ

What is the dress code?

Wear clothes that you like and are comfortable in; we're not particularly interested in enforcing any given degree of formality. (Meagan would like to add the word "funky" in here somewhere and encourage bright colors.) Note that the ceremony will be outdoors in October, weather permitting. The grass at the ceremony site may be soft and many of us will walk from the ceremony to the reception, so we especially recommend comfortable footwear. If you do want a specific dress code designation, feel free to try "garden attire."

What is the plan in case of rain?

If the rain is supposed to be very mild, we will proceed with the outdoor ceremony, possibly using tents. In case of steady rain, we will change the ceremony site to RESOBOX (91 E 3rd St), a small venue around the corner. If the weather looks quite nasty indeed, we will adjust the schedule and do everything indoors at the reception site, 45 Downing Street.

Are there bathrooms at the ceremony site?

No, but there will be a restroom available around the corner at RESOBOX. For your own convenience, it probably makes sense to go ahead of time.

If I have some extra time, what should I do?
